This is a beautiful and, as far as I can tell, historically accurate portrayal of how the ladies of the French court dressed. It covers the period from Louis the 13th (1630) to Louis the 16th (1780) and shows how the shapes and silhouettes of the dresses changed during that period. But speaking of being historically accurate, I just want to say that it is completely up to you if you want to "keep it real(istic)" or just have fun with it and mix and match tops and bottoms from different periods!
